Data protection policy

This page aims to inform website users of the conditions applied in the context of compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).


Customer : any professional or natural person capable within the meaning of articles 1123 and following of the French Civil Code, or legal entity, who visits the Site which is the subject of these general terms and conditions.

1. Personal data management.

The Customer is informed of the regulations concerning marketing communications, the law of 21 June 2014 for trust in the Digital Economy, the Data Protection Act of 06 August 2004 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: n° 2016-679).

1.1 Persons responsible for collecting personal data

  • the right to define what happens to users’ data after their death and to choose to whom should (or should not) communicate their data to a third party that they have previously designated

As soon as becomes aware of a user’s death, and in the absence of any instructions from the user, undertakes to destroy the user’s data, unless it needs to be kept for evidential purposes or to comply with a legal obligation.
